Delivery Timeframe
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive the order confirmation. Please note that delivery times might fluctuate based on the carrier and pickup schedules.

Standard Shipping: 3,95 EUR, and free for orders over 60 EUR.

Notification of Delays
*Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers, or even extreme weather may affect estimated delivery times. We’ll do our best to let you know of any additional delays. This page may be subject to change.

We have made returning an item as easy as possible for you:

• Find the return label in the original shipping box
• Stick the label onto the box
• Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office (or in a store near you if applicable)

Make sure to only return items from the same order. When you have items from another order to return, use the box and return label from that order.

Your online order can be returned within 30 days. We’ll take the date on your receipt as a starting point. You can also return your items to a selected store* within 30 days after receiving your parcel.

The following applies to all items: we can only take them back if they’re returned in the same condition as they were sent and have their original tags. Perfumes and make-up may only be returned in their original sealed wrapping and we don’t take back gift cards. There’s a selection of items that can only be returned if they’re also unopened, still in the original packaging and unworn. This goes for:

• Panties
• Boxers
• Briefs
• Swimwear

Incomplete returns or items that have been worn or washed won’t be accepted. If pieces have deteriorated due to extensive use, it can happen that we send them back to you. To avoid mistakes in scanning your returns the items should match the return label. If you have items from multiple orders that you’d like to send back, please make sure to use the correct label for each return and pack them separately.

* Online orders cannot be returned in outlet stores.
